WMFDP provides customized intervention strategies and tools to engage white men and their ally-partners in building an inclusive organizational culture as a part of our comprehensive consultation services. We are offering the following public enrollment labs:

White Men’s Caucus™ on Eliminating Racism, Sexism and Homophobia in Organizations

This innovative white male only session busts open the myth that white men cannot learn about diversity from one another. This learning lab has been offered for over ten years and has successfully helped hundreds of white men inside organizations to become more effective partners of other white men, white women and men and women of color.

White Men and Allies™: Deepening the Partnership in Creating Inclusive Organizations

This session gives small teams ample practice in developing partnership skills that can deepen diversity dialogues and effect organizational change. This session uses real dilemmas and issues that participants bring to the lab to deepen learning and understanding. It is a provocative and powerful learning lab that has fundamentally transformed work partnerships for those who have attended. Participants leave ready to take action and deepen their diversity learning journeys.

Women of Different Tribes: What Unites Us & What Divides Us: A Women’s Caucus™ Women's Caucus Brochure

Women of Different Tribes is a women's caucus to build partnership skills across difference and within perceived sameness.

This breakthrough session provides women at different levels of leadership and responsibility challenging opportunities to examine their professional and personal stance and intentions as partners across difference. Learning lab activities and models support each woman in discovering and shaping new behaviors and informed actions she can take in her organization to become a full partner with people of color of many nationalities, other white women AND white men. What participants accomplish at the lab results from strengthening their abilities to identify and interrupt unproductive patterns of interaction...their own and others, with help from their diversity partners, when and if it is needed.

Learning Lab Fees:

$2,700 per participant

Space is limited so call to check on availability. Learning Lab fees are reduced to $2500 per person for 3 or more people from the same company attending a lab together. Please call for more information. Lab space is limited to 18 participants for the White Men's Caucus and 24 for the White Men And Allies and Women of Different Tribes.

Housing and Materials Fee

This fee covers lab materials and lodging, as well as all meals and snacks throughout the lab. All special guest services (massage, horseback riding, etc.) in which participants engage are their responsibility and not included in the caucus fees. The nature of these learning labs necessitates that all participants reside at the retreat site. We also ask participants for a commitment to attend the complete session — from start to finish. The benefits to the individual and the group will be maximized by this commitment.

Cancellation / Refund Policy:

There are no refunds for any cancellation made within 60 days of the start of a lab. Registrations are confirmed and subject to this cancellation policy when paid in full by credit card or the client requests a WMFDP invoice for payment for the attendee(s). Any cancellation must be made via email received by WMFDP 60 days or more prior to the start date of the lab. Cancellations made before this point will receive a refund minus a $500 administrative fee.

Registrations may be substituted by another person from the same organization at any time. No shows and/or cancellations, without substitution, for any reason within 60 days of lab start will result in a 100% forfeiture of fees for that paid lab slot.

If WMFDP has to cancel the lab for any reason, the client will receive a full refund. The latest date we would cancel the lab would be 30 days prior to the start date. The client is responsible for any airline change fees for tickets they might purchase in advance of the 30-day cut off date.
