Merrilee Bruce Director of Operations

Merrilee Bruce is the Director of Operations for White Men as Full Diversity Partners®. She works with WMFDP’s Partners and Associates in the day-to-day running of the business by providing the support they need to do their jobs. She uses her organizational skills and her attention to detail to help keep the office running smoothly and she loves working with people all around the country.

Merrilee has specialized in small office management for the past several years by providing support services to the owners of small businesses and the special environment that represents.

Personal/Professional Philosophy: I am the only person I can change and as such I need to honor other people’s journeys and their truths and not try to impose mine on them.
