Why WHITE MEN AS FULL DIVERSITY PARTNERS?

If you’re like many organizations, your diversity efforts meet the letter of the law and corporate policy, but little more.

With White Men as Full Diversity Partners you can create candid and respectful teamwork that raises morale and leads to improved productivity and employee engagement. WHITE MEN AS FULL DIVERSITY PARTNERS helps you unlock energy, commitment and contribution. This level of engagement helps our clients:

  • lead in inspiring new ways
  • find creative ways to engage employees
  • avoid unproductive conflict
  • apply diverse talents to respond to the challenges of a global economy

What if you could go beyond an awareness of the commonalities among white women, white men and people of color? It’s possible to leverage the different perspectives, cultures, and unique capabilities of your organization.

As our name implies, we help you by bringing white men wholly on-board in your diversity efforts. After all, with a vast majority of American corporations led by white men, diversity and inclusion efforts cannot simply be relegated to people of color, white women, and other frequently marginalized groups.

In contrast to the usual “check the box” training and workshops, WHITE MEN AS FULL DIVERSITY PARTNERS provides true solutions that transform the mindsets of leaders and build skill and effectiveness.

Prior to this session I viewed myself as an individual white man. I now realize I'm part of a larger group of white men and am interested in understanding the challenges and frustrations of other groups. Education and awareness opportunities like those offered by White Men as Full Diversity Partners will allow white men to better contribute to the personal and professional lives of all.

  • A Leader's Investment

"It's never easy to give up the better part of a work week, but this event is well worth it. More than any other training or discussions I have previously participated in, I left this event with a deeper personal understanding of diversity and inclusion issues on both an intellectual and emotional level. More importantly, I left with an improved understanding of how I can be a better leader in a diverse environment. I recommend this for all senior leaders. If you choose to attend, bring an open mind and a willingness to fully participate."
